Armed with litter pickers, Mrs Hardy's Year 8 group were a force to be reckoned with as they cleared the school site of any left over litter from the morning. Great to see students actively improving their school community. Well done!
This was an excellent community action activity that made a clear difference to the school community. It would be great to see litter picking by student groups on a regular basis; not only giving students exercise, but it may long term reduce the number of herring gulls that regularly come to feed on the abandoned leftovers. Well done to the Hardy Harriers from Y8.
